The annual Summer Rollover for Staff Management and the Employee Portal will occur between July and August each year.
To ensure your district secures a preferred time slot, please submit a support ticket as early as possible.
What to Expect:
Scheduling: Once your rollover date and time are confirmed, we will provide a Pre-Rollover Checklist via your Freshdesk ticket. This checklist will help you prepare in advance. Checklists are also available in the links below.
Rollover Day: On the scheduled day, all users must log out of the system for approximately 20 minutes while our team completes the rollover to the new school year. We will communicate updates through your Freshdesk ticket. No action is required on your part during this time.
Post-Rollover: After the rollover is complete, we will send a Post-Rollover Checklist to help ensure your district is fully prepared for the upcoming school year. Checklists are also available in the links below.
