Recommended Employee Forms Settings -
The following are the recommended settings for the employee form:
Adding an approval chain for the individual who verifies the 1( information. This will not only ensure the I9 is reviewed, it will electronically add the approvers signature to the PDF form along with the approvers name and date the form was approved.
A simple, one person approval chain should be created and the I9 Approver would be assigned to the Org. Relationship that is selected / built for the I9 form.
Modifications to consider for the PDF Form
The District may consider adding the District name and/or address to the PDF Form. To do this, click on the Edit PDF Form link
