Working with Employee Forms: Creating Employee Forms

To add a new Employee Forms settings, click on the "Add Employee Form" button.

On the popup, give the Employee Form a Code and a Name. Then click the "Add" button.

 






The page will then bring you to all of the possible settings for how this Employee Form will function.
