"Vendors" encompasses more that simply vendors from whom the district purchases goods and services. The "Vendor file" includes:
- Vendors of goods and services
- Agencies
- Garnishment Recipients (payees)
- Ship-To locations within the district
- Payors to the district
- The "payroll" vendor - A special 'vendor' record used to post payroll to Budget.
