The new IRIS system Requires that the Districts 1099 database have separate fields for the first and last name of all individuals receiving a 1099 (utilizing their SSN). The following fields are REQUIRED for all such 1099 vendors. NOTE - these fields only appear on vendor records whose Taxpayer Type is set as SSN. They do not show on vendors with EIN selected.
To search for all the District's 1099 vendors that are utilizing a SSN, the District can navigate to the Financial >> Vendors, Etc >> Vendors >> Search tab and utilize the search criteria below. To edit the vendor, click on the Edit button and then add the first and last names as per the screen shot above.
