Paying Summer Pay

Once you have generated the Summer Pay Other Earnings records, they appear on affected staff members' Personnel→Modify Staff→Payroll→Other Earnings screens.  The specified amounts are paid in the assigned payrolls.  No deductions whatsoever are taken out of the Summer Pay.


The "future" panel details what will be paid for Summer Pay and in which payrolls (the first payment may possibly show up in the "Current Payroll" panel):



The yellow warning symbol indicates that no charge-to account is entered.  That is OK!  DO NOT enter a charge-to account for Summer Pay.  


You will get a warning when you run payroll - ignore the warnings about missing charge-to accounts.


Otherwise, run the payroll as you would normally run any other payroll.
