Moving an Employee & Their History to a New Position

On the Personnel > Staff > Positions tab, select the active position and select the Change Position button at the bottom of the Position Tracking Record 

             


 

The following pop-up window will appear: 

                      


 

To process a move between the positions, you will: 

  1.  Enter the position code that you want to move the PTR and ALL history to
  2. Decide if you would like to carry over the current Charge to or use the default Charge to (if there is one) that is connected to the main Position Control. 
  3. Click the Move button
