When you are in an evaluator’s list of staff that they can view in their portal, one of the methods of assigning staff would be by adding multiple Staff IDs.
In Staff Management under Evaluations > Setup > Evaluators and you click on the manage button to the right of the evaluator it will bring you to their list. Using the Add Multiple IDs button.
When you click the Add Multiple IDs button, a pop up will appear for you to choose the type of ID you are going to be using. You can select from the following: Staff ID (Local ID), State ID (SMID), SNN (FICA), Object ID, or SIS ID.
Once you have selected the type of ID you want to use for adding staff, you are going to copy and paste the IDs into the field below.
REMINDER: MAKE SURE EACH LINE ONLY HAS ONE ID, USE A HARD RETURN INBETWEEN EACH ID YOU ARE ADDING.
Finally, you are going to click the Add button, which will add the staff list to the evaluator’s list.
