Who is an Evaluator?
An "Evaluator" is a staff member who has the "Observer/Evaluators" option checked on their Personnel > Modify Staff > Portal screen:
This permission provides access to the Evaluations > Staff to Evaluate screen in the Portal, but it does not give the person access to any staff members to actually observe/evaluate.
