Managing Visible Staff in the Employee Portal

When it comes to who an observer is allowed to see within the Employee Portal those permissions are all managed on the Evaluators screen within SchoolFi.

Once your observers are set up and marked as an Observer on their Portal Permissions screen, their name will appear on this list. This list can be found in SchoolFi under Evaluations > Setup > Evaluators.

You are able to control who the administrator is allowed and not allowed to see evaluation wise in their Employee Portal.

Please keep in mind that when building the lists if someone does not conduct an evaluation for that staff member but still needs to be able to see how they are doing they will need to be added to that admin’s list. 

Using the Manage button to the right of the observer’s name is where you can control the list of people they are allowed to see under the Staff To Evaluate tab in their Employee Portal.

 

 

When you are in the list for a specific observer for the first time, it is going to be completely empty by default.

You can use the various options to populate the list of staff they are supposed to see in their portal, you can do it my a Dynamic List, Adding the Staff Individually, Adding the Entire District, Adding an Entire Building, or using a list of IDs.
