On the Setup - Calendars - Calendars screen you can now program the allotted days a staff will be receiving when assigned to a calendar (this is intended to be used for new staff members).
Once you select the "Edit" button for each calendar you can setup the days in the Balance Code notecard under the Initial Days column.
If that is already complete you can toggle to the staff members Attendance - Calendars screen and select the "Add Calendar" button.
You can assign multiple calendars to a staff member. When you do, you will have to make one of them Primary. You can control this with the "Make Primary for School Year" button.
Lastly, you will want to review the staff's Attendance - Balances screen and verify that they are accurate or need to be adjusted.
