The abolished date information is derived from the As Of Date parameter. For example, if the report were run for 7/1/2022, the positions with abolished dates before 7/1/2022 will not be in the report.

Position Fields	Found on Modify Position screen.
Staff Id SMID SIS Id First Name Last Name Date of Hire	Found on Staff Demographics screen. Filled in if position is not vacant as of the date parameter.
Position Tracking Fields	Found on Staff Modify Position Tracking screen.
Health Tracking Fields	Found on Staff Modify Healthcare screen. Filled in if position is not vacant as of the date parameter and staff member has a Health Benefit Tracking Record as of the date parameter.
FICA ER	Filled in if district has Payroll feature and a FICA Deduction as of the date parameter.
Medi ER	Filled in if district has Payroll feature and a Medicare Deduction as of the date parameter.
