How the data is collected
Observer
Any active staff with the observer flag checked on their demographics page.
Total Staff Assigned
Count of staff where the observer is an observer on any of their observations
Total Observation (1-3) Assigned
Count of 1st, 2nd or 3rd observation where the observer is a observing the employee
Total Summatives Assigned
Count of End of Year summatives where the observer is a observing the employeede
Total SGOs Assigned
Count of SGOs (Form code SGO1..6) on employees that this observer is assigned to.
Total PDPs Assigned
Count of PDP Forms on employees that this observer is assigned to.
