Employee Absence Monitoring

Description

This report displays totals and percentages for staff absences.

*To get the total number of absences for a staff member, the report will FIRST check to see if the staff member has a longevity category assigned, and if so, check to see if that longevity category has a number of days.  If both of these checks fail, it will pull the number of days from the staff member's Staff Calendar total attendance days.

Options

  • School Year - Select the school year for the attendance data you wish to use.

  • Only show teachers and educational support services personnel (job codes 1000 - 4001) -

  • Use Location from Demographics (default uses location from Position Tracking) - By default, this report treats a staff member's location as that defined on their highest FTE position tracking.  If using location from Demographics, anything relevant to location will be for the current year.

  • Location - Filter to show only one location

  • Hide Staff, and only show totals - Only show totals,  Don't create a row for each staff member.

  • Include Leave type Attendance Codes - By default attendance codes marked as a leave are not included.

  • Group by:  This required field determines how to group staff members, either by matching Locations, or matching Categories.

  • Sort By:  This optional field determines how the staff members are sorted within their respective groups(selected above).

  • Attendance Balance/Percent to Display(If no category is selected below) - If nothing is selected below, this will display information for one specific attendance code.

  • Attendance Balance Category - This will display information for all attendance codes in the selected balance category.
