Salary Guide Budget Projection by Account

Overview

This report produces an Excel spread sheet that lists each account, the staff associated in that account through a position tracking record, the current year salary and the projected salary for next year.

Position Tracking Records included

All position tracking records that end on 6/30 of the current year. Records that have an end date before 6/30 are assumed to be positions that are not returning next year.
Positions with the 'Will not return next year' option checked are excluded.

Next year Salary projection

The report starts with the position tracking record for the current year.

It creates an internal fake position tracking record for next year that is used just for generating this report.
The internal fake next year record is advanced the number of steps as defined in the Steps to Advance when rolling over to next school year parameter on the current year guide.
No steps will be added to next year if the position tracking record has the 'Do not advance to next step when rolled over to next school year' flag set. Taylor, Elise M
