Percentages of Observations by Length and or Workflow Tag

The workflows that define the observations must have a tag or the observations must have a length (Long / Short)

Rules are then defined to adjust the calculation of each observation based on its length and/or tag.

The above rules say that the formula is:

• Each short observation is worth 25% each and there are two of them (making up 50%)
• One long observation is worth 40%
• An observation with a workflow with the tag Final is worth 10%.

The calculation will add all of those up and store the final answer in the Teacher or Admin Practice Score fields on the NJSmart Eval Tab.
