Percentages of Observations by Length and or Workflow Tag

The workflows that define the observations must have a tag or the observations must have a length (Long / Short). This will then allow you to enter weights for the observations as a whole per evaluation template. 

We recommend making sure the Tenure Status matches that of the Eval Template. 

The above rules say that the formula is:

• Each workflow that has the OBS workflow tag that is apart of this eval template will be scored at 42.86%
• Each workflow that has the SUM workflow tag is apart of the eval template will be scored at 57.14%

The calculation will calculate each observation and total them up to equal the Practice Score found on the staff members EIS Eval Tab.
