For Staff Management Access:
Go to System >>> Security >>> Roles – Here you can create or edit an existing role. You will need to assign the security screen for “budget.expenditures.requisitions” to the SchoolFi role. The Create checkbox will permit the creation of new requisitions and the Update and/or Delete box will permit the aforementined functions for the designated role.
For Employee Portal Access:
Go to Setup >>> Employee Portal >>> Roles - Here you can create or edit an existing role.
We recommend importing the Budget Requisition Entry role from the Employee Portal Role Library. To perform this task, click on the Import a Role button and in the pop up, select the noted role from the library.
The Budget Requisition Entry role has the following screens assigned. You can modify this role once it is imported from the library.
