There are many different email templates that are already loaded and set up in your Staff Management that the system will automatically send out during different processes that are completed in the Employee Portal. To see these email templates, go to "Setup", "Employee Portal", and the "Email Templates" sub-tab.
Edit an Email Template
You can edit any of the email templates that are in your system. To do so, click the Properties button found next to the template.
When the page refreshes, you will be brought to the email template Subject line and body. You will notice that the email templates all have macros in them. Try not to mess with the macros. These are set so that the email is as specific to the user receiving it as possible and contains all needed information.
