Rolling over the Professional Development will be apart of the Evaluation Rollover that takes place yearly. This is apart of the Summer Rollover, however, the PD Module is often rolled over before the summer so the staff can begin their PD's for the next school year. 

Before the Evaluation Rollover screen becomes available, this is how the screen will look. There is no action to take at this time. The Rollover is often released in early Spring of each year. 

You do not need to rollover the entire system, the Genesis staff will take care of this during Summer Rollover.

When the screen becomes available, this is what you will see. The numbers in the School Year columns are reflective of the amount of documentation/data that exists within that piece of the system.
