Scenarios

Scenario 1: If a Staff Member has already approved SGO 1-3, and you would like to save the original data with the date and make a copy…

Search for your staff member – select the checkbox under the column and row of the SGO you’re locking. On the top of the chart, select “Revise Checked”. This action is preparing checked SGOs for Revisions and opening a copy of the SGO. Replacing the original SGO labeled as “SGO # Original”. This action will:

  • Copy all data and documents from the SGO to SGO Original
  • The existing SGO will have all signatures removed
  • The existing SGO will have all fields available for editing
  • This will skip SGOs that already have an original
  • This will work only for SGOs that are signed and approved AND results have not been posted yet.

Scenario 2: If a Staff member has submitted their SGO and needs to reopen the top half after SGO is signed…

Under the first “Approved” column you will see an orange button with an arrow, click this button to unsign. This will open the SGO back up to the teacher.

This can also be done by checking off the check box under the column and row of the SGO you are opening, and selecting the button “Unsign Checked”.

Scenario 3: If a Staff member has submitted their SGO and needs to open the results section of their SGO

Under the second “Approved” column you will click on the red circle. This will open the results section for the teacher.

  •   This can be done without unsigning the SGO.
  •   This can also be done by checking off the check box under the column and row of the SGO you are opening and selecting the button “Toggle Results Section for Checked.”
