Start Mid-Year Review: This action will allow:

1. Copy all data and documents from the SGO to SGO Original
2. The entered data will remain the same
3. 2 new Mid Year Review fields will open up
4. This will skip SGOs that already have an original

Check Revised: If a staff member needs an “SGO Original” or copy of the SGO 1-3

Print Checked: The SGOs you select in the chart will display in a printable PDF version

Unsign Checked: This action will open up an SGO

Toggle Results Section for Checked: This action will open the results section for the SGO

Approve Checked: Once a teacher has signed and submitted their SGO – you can also open the results section when you are initially approving

Approve Checked Results: Once a teacher has signed and submitted their SGO with the results section
