Mass Create

You can mass create the SGO Method, Rationale, and Assessment text for SGOs for staff members from Staff Management to be pushed out to their Employee Portal.

To do so, go to the "Evaluations" tab, the "SGOs" sub-tab, and the "Mass Create" tab.

Enter the data you would like to push out to the SGO forms.

You can push out the SGO data based by a number of different options:

• Subject Taught: pulled from the staff member's "NJSMART Eval" tab of their Personnel file
  
  
• Grades Taught: pulled from the staff member's "NJSMART Eval" tab of their Personnel file
  
  
• Evaluation Category: pulled from the staff member's "NJSMART Eval" tab of their Personnel file
  
  
• Primary Location: pulled from the staff member's "Demographics" tab of their Personnel file
  
  
• Staff List: a staff list that you created prior
  
  

Then, you can choose which SGO this will be for: SGO 1, SGO 2, or SGO 3.

Once you have your options chosen, click the "Create" button.

After you click the "Create" button, a popup will display with all staff that fit into your selected options. From here, you can uncheck the box found next to each staff member that you DO NOT want to push the SGO form to. Then, click the "OK" button found at the bottom of the popup.

NOTE: This will only create SGOs for staff members who have not already started or submitted an SGO form in the SGO slot (1, 2, or 3) that you selected.

A popup will confirm the number of SGO forms that were created.

After your SGO data has been pushed out, you will see the event located in the "Mass Create History" notecard found at the bottom of the page. You can view any of the text that was pushed out by clicking on the "Click for text" button.

Set Scoring Plan

You can mass set the scoring plan section of an SGO form from here as well.

You can choose the Evaluation Category that will receive this Scoring Plan.

Then, set the scoring plan section numbers.

Once you have your numbers set, click the "Create Scoring Plan" button.
