If you are at the start of your school year, no staff members will have any data in their observation cells. As the Process Administrator, it is your responsibility to create the observation records. This is an easy task and can be done in mass for the start of your school year.
Check the top left check box to populate all staff member's check boxes. Then click the "Create observation records" button.
On the popup, click the "Create" button.
When the page refreshes, the staff member's observation cells will be populated with the observations based on their Evaluation Category and Tenure Status (this set up in done in Staff Management).
