Under "Personnel" - "Staff" - "NJSmart Eval  Tools" is where you can perform different actions specific to Evaluations for NJSmart Reporting purposes.




Auto Populate Staff NJSmart Evaluation Submission Data

You can auto populate information for the NJSmart Evaluation Submission from this note card.

                       




Missing Observation Dates

  • Click the "Set missing observation dates to the date scheduled or of the first note (where schedued date is less than today" button in order to make sure all observations have a date assigned to it.
  • Assign NJSmart Score Type for All staff members that do not have one already

  • Click the "Assign NJSmart Score Types" button to auto-populate the score type field for all staff on their "Personnel" - "NJSmart Eval" tab.
  • This will look at the Job Role code assigned to that staff member.
  • If a staff member does not have a Job Role code, then the NJSmart Score Type can not be auto-populated for them.

                                     



Create Missing SGO Form Records

To create missing SGO form records, choose the school year in which you would like to create the records for. Then click the "Run Tool" button.

                                 


This will populate records for a staff member who is set up to fill out SGO forms on their "Personnel" - "NJSmart Eval" tab.

                                                           




Recalc of Admin. SGO Average Scores

To recalculate the Administrator SGO Average scores for all Principal and Vice/Assistant Principals who receive them, choose school year from the drop down and then click the "Run Tool" button.
