The District can upload Plan Documents to each health plan. The Plan Documents will be available for employees to review during the open enrollment process and they will be available for employees to access, anytime, in their employee portal. Some examples of plan documents are:
- Benefit Details for the Plan
- Plan comparison worksheet
- Listing on in-network providers
Uploading Plan Documents to a health plan
Navigate to the List of Health Plans tab and click on the Edit button for the health plan that you want to add a plan document.
Then click on the Plan Documents tab
Then click on the Upload Document button
Add the title of the file that you are uploading and either choose the file or drag-and-drop the file and then click on the Upload button
All of the Plan Documents that are uploaded will be listed on this tab
In addition, you can review which plans have Plan Documents uploaded by reviewing the column highlighted below from the List of Plans tab:
