Changing a Calendar Mid-Year for a Staff Member
If a staff changes calendars in the middle of the year you will go to their Attendance – Calendars screen and press the “Add Calendar” button. Select the calendar from the dropdown.
Once the new calendar is added you will it will automatically make the calendar Primary.
The next step will be to transfer all the attendance transactions onto the new calendar. Toggle to the Attendance - Details screen, highlight all the days, and press the “Move Checked to Calendar” where you will select their new primary calendar.
Lastly, you will want to review the staff's Attendance - Balances screen and verify that they are accurate or need to be adjusted.
