Routing Numbers

Genesis maintains a list of bank routing numbers.  They can be found on the Budget > BA Controls > Routing Numbers screen.  

• To manually update a bank name description or any other existing bank data, search for the bank name or routing number and click the Edit button. 
• To remove a no longer used bank, click the Delete button. 
• To add a new routing number, click the Add button.  Please note, it is a good idea to Google and verify the data your staff member provided is valid before adding.

Searching tip - Notice that there are 18,540 banks in the system at the time this article was updated.  The screen defaults to so a maximum of 500 banks by default to help with the time it takes to load the screen.  You can remove the max number of 500 and search for all banks if you wish.  NOTE:  You can use the other search options to search for specific banks as needed.
