Check Inquiry

The Financial > Inquiry > Checks screen provides you with the ability to search for checks for bank accounts set as either Payroll or Accounts Payable.  This allows you to give staff permission to look up check information without giving them access to the bank accounts screen.  All search results from these screens are exportable to Excel by using the icon at the top, right corner of the screen.  See below for how to set up security access to these screens.



Security Setup -


On the System > Security > Roles screen, you will select the role that needs this access added by clicking the Screens button.  Below are the screens that your staff will need.  All will need the first two rows, and then you can select if they need either the Payroll or Accounts Payable rows based on their position with your district.
