Timing Out: Automatically Expiring Messages

Messages  'expire' and are deleted from your SchoolFi Mailbox after a configurable number of days.

The default is 30 days.  The maximum is 99 days.  If you need to preserve messages indefinitely, please have them sent to your regular email.

To set the number of days, do the following:

1. Click on the icon to bring up your SchoolFi Mailbox.
2. Click on the "Options" tab of the Mailbox to bring up the Options screen, which contains a single parameter:
3. Locate the "Automatically Delete messages after this many days" field and edit the number of days.
4. Click to store the change.
