Import/Update Staff Photos

You can import or export staff photos from Personnel >>> Staff >>> Import >>> Import/Update Photos.

Download Staff Photos

To download current staff photos from Staff Management, click the "Download Staff Photos as a zip file" button.

Upload Staff Photos

To upload a file of staff photos into Staff Management, choose how the file names are set to determine between staff members:

• SMID
• Staff ID
• SIS ID
• Swipe ID
• Object ID

Then click the "Choose File" button to choose your staff photos file.

Please Note: The photos need to be in a zip file format.

Then click the "Upload Zip File" button.
