Option Zero: As if it were just another Observation
Option 1-A: Relabeling: Copy an Existing Observation Workflow and Change the Label/Name
Copy a Workflow and Relabel It
- Go to the Evaluations→Setup→Workflows screen.
- Identify a workflow to copy and click the right hand side "Copy" button:
- This displays a "Copy Workflow" Dialog:
- Enter a unique code and name for the copied Workflow (Remember that Workflows are specific to Evaluation Category):
- Click Copy to make to actually copy the Workflow
- Locate the copy and click Properties to edit it:
- This brings up the Modify Workflow screen:
- Three fields are critical:
- Select the new Workflow Type (if you created one) in the Workflow Type field.
- Click in the "Observation" radio button.
- Make the Name is the one you want.
- Select the new Workflow Type (if you created one) in the Workflow Type field.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
- Your new Workflow is now ready for use.
Option 1-B: Relabing and Direct Entry of Domain/Page Group Scores: Copy both an Existing Observation Workflow and an Existing Rubric
Copy a Rubric
- Go to the Evaluations→Setup→Rubrics screen.
- Locate the rubric you want to copy and click the corresponding "Tools" button:
- This brings up a menu of actions:
- Click Copy Rubric. This brings up the "Copy Rubric" dialog:
- Enter a unique code and a name for the copy, then click Copy.
- This does the copy and brings up the Modify Rubric screen for the copy:
- Check the "Manual Page Scoring" checkbox,
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save button.
Part II: Modify the copy of the Workflow to use the copied Rubric.
