Whenever you run the NJSMART SMID Submission (8/22+) report with the "Record Snapshot" option turned on, SchoolFi will achieve the Snapshot to assist the District is submitting records with modifications to the State of New Jersey. The Snapshots are achieved on the following tab:

When you schedule the report, ensure your check the noted box below to include the Snapshot in the achieve:
After you run the Snapshot, it will be listed on the tab:
How to generate the NJSMART SMID Submission (8/22+) report for staff members whose information has changed:
When you schedule the report, ensure your check the noted box below to include the Snapshot in the achieve: AND select the Snapshot from the achieve that you want to include changes
