SGO - Results Section (Employee)

At the end of the year, your approver will open up the Results Section of your SGO.

Results of Student Growth Objective

Automatic Calculation

You will input your results in the blue highlighted text boxes in the "# or % Students at Target Score" column. Then, click the "Save and Recalculate SGO".

An information pop up will appear. Read through the information and then click the "Calculate" button.

If your scores are whole numbers and meet the automatic scoring criteria, the system will fill in your SGO and weighted scores.

Manual Calculation

 If you choose to not have the form calculate your scores for you, you can manually calculate and enter your "# or % Students at Target Score", "Teacher SGO Score", "Weight", "Weighted Score", and Total Teacher SGO Score". Then click the "Save (Do not Recalculate)" button.

Notes

You can enter any additional notes to your SGO resullts section.

Final Submission

For the final submission, click the "Sign and Submit Results for Approval" button at the bottom of the page.
