Mass Assign Professional Development Plans

Administrators who have the Employee Portal right to Approve Professional Development Plans also have the ability to mass assign professional development plans with pre-set goals.

This is for when you need a plan for district set goals or department set goals.

This feature can be found in the Employee Portal under the "Evaluations" tab, "Professional Development" tab, and the "Mass Assign PDPs" tab.

You can determine the Plan Start Date and Plan End Date.

Then you can assign these plans with pre-set goals by Evaluation Category, Primary Location, and/or the Subject Taught.

When you click the "Submit" button, it will push this new plan out to all staff members that fit your criteria.
