Adding Professional Development Records

To add a Professional Development Record, click the "Add Record..." button.

Based on your district requirements, you can fill in the appropriate fields. (Mandatory fields are Date and Hours) otherwise the record will not be created.

There is an option to upload any documents to your Professional Development Record. Click the "Attach Document" button. Then, create a title, choose a date, and select a file to upload or drag the file into the designated area.

Once there is a file attached, click the "Upload" button. An icon will then appear in the Document Attached column showing there is a document attached.

To view the added activity, click the "Edit" button.

The "Edit" button will show you all of the information about that specific activity. In this section, you can View, Download, or Delete the attached document on file. If any changes are made, click the "Save Changes" button.

There is an option to export the Professional Development Record to an excel spreadsheet. Click the "Export to Excel" button and it will download an excel file for you. To view the Professional Development Record as a PDF, click the "PDF Report" button.

You also have the ability to copy the event within the same year, by clicking on the copy button on the same row as the event title, or you can click Copy Checked Records and copy and event over to a different school year.
