When setting up a New Hire's Evaluation the first thing you will do is go to that staff member's NJ SMART Eval screen, in Staff Management.
At the very least, they will need an Evaluation Category and Tenure Status for Evals. This is also when we recommend filling out their NJSmart EVAL Score Type. Then on the bottom of the notecard, press Save and Recalulate.
Whoever has Evaluation Process Admin rights, will have the Evaluations - Manage - Observation Maintenance screen in their portal. That is where you will check off the staff members' name, and select the Mass Create Observations to populate their workflows for the school year.
