Rollover PD PDF Forms - Workshop Attendance 

• Click on the Hyperlink

• On the Setup - PDF Forms - List of Forms screen, the "Usage" is preselected to only pull PD Forms. You will need to select "Search" to populate the results 

• If there are any PD PDF Forms that were created by the district that do not need to rollover, select "Edit" and check the box for "Do Not Rollover".

• Once the forms are reviewed, on the List of Forms screen, select all the checkboxes and click the "Rollover Checked" button 

• You can toggle to the next school year to verify they rolled over correctly, then you can go back to your Rollover Guide tab and Verify this step is complete.
