On the Payroll > Setup > Summer Pay screen, make sure that the Summer Pay Deduction and the Summer Pay Earning are set and are showing green. If the yellow warning exists, that means that piece has not been set up yet.
- YTD of 0 is not an error check box - if you don't want someone's record who may have the Summer Pay deduction but also has zero earnings this year to not produce an error, check this box
- Pay inactive staff checkbox - if you have any inactive staff that are due Summer Pay, check this box off so that a check is generated for them
- Pay Check drop-downs - use the drop-down to pick each pay period that has been set up to pay out Summer Pay
