Mid-Year Student Growth Objective (SGO) Revision- Approver

Revise SGOs

CAVEAT: Revisions are not Mid-Year Reviews:  Revisions allow the entire SGO to be edited and updated.  Mid-Year Review only allows for Notes and Review textfields to be added to the SGO - no 'revisions' can be made.

When it comes time for the mid-year point, the staff member is allowed one revision as per the state. You will have to force this action to happen since SGOs are already signed and submitted.

• To do so, check off the check box next to the SGO, then click the "Revise Selected" button in order to allow the revision.
  
  

A pop up will then prompt you to review what occurs when you revise the checked SGO, and you will then click the "Revise Checked" button.

The system will make a copy of the Original SGO and then open up a new SGO for the staff member to fill out. Both you as the approver and the staff member will have access to the Original SGO form.
