SGP Acknowledgment (Employee)

When the state releases your last year SGP Rating and Certified Summative Rating, you will be able to sign off on acknowledgement of those scores as well as receive a new last year Summative Report.

To do this, you will navigate to the "Evaluations" tab in the Employee Portal, "My Evaluations", and the "NJSMART" sub-tab.

Here, you can view your domain averages, practice score, specific SGO scores, SGO Average scores, SGP rating, and Summative Rating.

To view your Summative Report, click the PDF icon in the "Summative" column.

Then, you can click the "Sign" button to sign off on your SGP and Summative Rating.

This signature will then populate onto your Summative report specific for that school year.

NOTE: Be aware of the school year lines that you are looking at and make sure you click the "Sign" button for the proper year.

On the popup, read the signature statement, and then type in your signature pin. Click the "Sign" button.

When the page refreshes, your signature will then be visible with the date you signed in the "SGP Acknowledgement" column.
