Open/Closed Results Section on Checked Forms

At the end of the year, you will open up the results section for the teacher to add in their final numbers and for Genesis to calculate their weighted scores and final SGO scores.

• To do so, check the box next to the SGO you would like to open the results section for, then click the "Open/Closed results section on the checked forms" button. The Orange circle in the approved column is to show that the results section is currently closed.
  
  

Once the results section has been updated, a Green circle will appear in the last Approved column. This is showing that the results section is now open for the teacher to enter data.
